1. Who we are

Somnastra is a private men’s health clinic at Suite 4, Deansgate Health Rooms, 112 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2BQ, England. Contact: [email protected], +44 161 496 0721. Somnastra is not an NHS service.

2. What this website provides

This website describes the practice, consultation fees and how visits work, and allows you to send a booking request. It does not provide online diagnosis, prescriptions, emergency care or payment checkout. Submitting the form asks us to contact you; it does not create a confirmed appointment until we agree a time with you.

3. Consultation fees

Published fees (VAT where applicable) include clinician time and examination for the stated visit length:

• Men’s Health Consultation / GP-style (45 min) — £130; Follow-up (20 min) — £90
• Specialist initial (40–50 min): Urology £250; Cardiology £285; Hormone & vitality £270; Orthopaedics £240; Metabolic health £225; Sleep & recovery £215
• Specialist Follow-up (20 min) — £165

Not included unless separately agreed: laboratory tests, imaging, procedures, medicines, and additional letters or referral paperwork beyond the visit. Payment is arranged at the clinic (debit/credit card or bank transfer). Insurance may be discussed on request. We do not take payment on this website.

4. Booking requests

You must provide accurate contact details. Preferred times are preferences only. We may decline or rearrange a request if a suitable clinician or slot is unavailable, or if the request is outside the scope of the practice.

5. Cancellation and non-attendance

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment by emailing [email protected] or calling +44 161 496 0721. If a prepayment was taken and you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, we aim to refund that prepayment within 14 days. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend, any prepayment may be retained. Details of any prepayment will be explained when an appointment is confirmed.

6. Clinical limitations

Consultations are medical services; individual outcomes vary. This website does not replace emergency care. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest A&E.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website (for example by attempting to disrupt security, scrape content unlawfully, or submit abusive or fraudulent requests).

8. Intellectual property

Content on somnastra.top is owned by Somnastra or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use related to enquiring about the clinic.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, Somnastra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and website information is provided for general guidance about the practice.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
